Admission Procedure
Documents required for Admissions:
- Four passport-sized photographs of the child
- Government-approved ID proof of a parent and a passport-sized photograph of each
- Birth Certificate (for domestic students)
- Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate
- Previous grade Report Card or School Recommendation Letter
- Vaccination Record or Medical Certificate
- Photocopy of the child’s passport with a valid visa (for foreign students and NRIs)
Note:
Students seeking admission for High School will receive course selection guidance from the Secondary Principal or IB DP Coordinator. A meeting with the Head of School is required after completing the admission procedures.
Post Admission
You will receive a welcome email from the Head of School, the admissions office, and the respective coordinator, providing all the necessary details about transport, uniforms, important contact information, and guidelines. If your child is enrolled at the start of the academic year, you will also receive an invitation to the school Orientation Day.

Note:
- Registrations are accepted Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with possible exceptions if notified in advance.
- Admissions are subject to availability in the respective grades.
- An application fee will be collected at the time of admission.
- Please schedule an appointment for campus tours in advance.

3 Interaction with the child for assessment
An interaction will be arranged with the child to assess their skill levels, allowing us to better support their needs. This may include an interview and/or a test, and can be scheduled online or offline, or based on the last two years of academic reports from their previous school.
Please let us know your preferred communication method, the best time for us to call you back, and your time zone. Our admissions team will respond within two business days.

4 Notification of Admission
The Admissions Office will inform you whether the child is a suitable fit for the applied grade or provide alternative recommendations.
5 Acceptance of Admission
If you decide to accept the admission for your child, the admissions team will guide you through the process of completing the necessary forms, submitting required documents, and paying the fees, which can be done online or offline.
